Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Order within 7 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods or when a third party you appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The Goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days
The Goods must be in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired
Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We may refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions, as permitted by law.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods.
We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the Goods or proof of return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
